The Human Resources policy of KOROZO is based on the motto: "The most important company asset is the EMPLOYEE".

The aim of the human resources applications is to plan training sessions for creating processes to support team-work, creativity, and productivity while enhancing the improvement of individual and professional qualifications, and to integrate quality in every process.

Selection and Recruitment

Choosing the right people for the right jobs is our principle for employment process at KOROZO. All applications to KOROZO are handled confidentially and evaluated according to the required skills, qualifications, and competence of the applied job.

We select candidates with good educational background and high qualifications, who are initiative and creative and who can adapt to our company culture.

We have several interviews and tests throughout our selection process. Our selection and recruitment principles are based on equal human rights.

We direct candidates to our website and remind them to apply online in advance to save time.

Organizational Structure and SAP System

With our simple and linear organizational structure, we aim a dynamic organization which can adapt to changing needs.

Our employees can reach all information about their job descriptions through our intranet systems.

We have given pace to our "e-HR" applications since 2003 with the help of our SAP and intranet systems. The forms which are signed by executives are kept in electronical environments so that statistical data can be reached easily. One of the advantages of e-HR is the communication between all functions of the company and their integration.

Performance and Career Management

The aim of the performance system at KOROZO is to measure the performance of the employees from several aspects, to ensure an effective feedback, and to emphasize the team performance as much as the individual performance.

At KOROZO, we strive for opportunities to improve the assessor, assessee, as well as the organization, based on performance assessment results.

The employees may be transferred to other departments, according to their experience, tendencies, and career objectives.

Training

The basic objectives of the training activities are to establish a company culture guided by quality assurance, emphasis on productivity and consciousness about hygiene, environment, health, safety at work and to make each employee a part of this culture.

Applications can be made through "internship application" forms on our website. The selected candidates are invited to our HR department for interviews and recruited according to our vacancies in different departments.

KOROZO Proposals System

With the help of "KOROZO Proposals System" , we urge our employees to be a part of our management and aim to increase our efficiencies, to improve our processes and quality as well as creating motivation.

Our jury evaluates all proposals and awards the selected ideas. We then make these ideas come true in our facilities with the owners of these ideas and relevant departments.
