KOROZO has recently developed a new solution to use silicone based release tape. We wrap the tape on a roll, which is called "transverse winding", as seen in the photo ("option B").

"Option A" shows the standard winding type, where the tape is winded on only a single line. KOROZO's transverse winding type (photo B) however is in the form of continuous winding on a multi-layer roll, which allows for using a longer tape (one single roll is almost 10.000 meters). Additionally, you will save time during the production by avoiding frequent replacements of the roll.
