Research and Development is considered as a key factor for success in KOROZO.

The R&D culture started from the foundation of the company (introducing many of the firsts in Turkey) and continues to progress strongly.

The R&D team is constructed from 10 persons (4 engineers + 3 chemists + 3 technicians).

The main activities are:

• Developing new products based on marketing research feedback and direct customer requirements.

• Keeping close contact with customers and improving our current products according to their needs.

• Determining raw material recipes for all plastic products we produce.

• Executing projects to increase efficiency in production and operating system.

• Following industry developments day to day and implement them to our current production system (new polymers, films, technologies).

• Working together on long term R&D projects with Universities and Turkish Science and Technology Foundation.

Our R&D department is capable of doing:

• All mechanical and optical test related to plastics.

• Chemical tests (gascromotograpy etc...).

• Oxygen and Water Vapour transmission.

• Application simulations (pasteurization, retort, vacuum filling etc...).
